Back to classes, eager to test my newfound powers of 'Jack'dness'
First test: failed, forgot to count my rounds
A) ~3 rds + 4 HSPUs, remembering how to do HSPUs again
B) it felt like 10+ rounds
C) ~12-15 sit-ups every 20 secs.
Good workout! Really pleased there weren't any squatting today. #stillhurtingfrom15.5
