6 push-up
3 power clean, 135lb / 95lb
9 push-up
3 power clean, 135lb / 95lb
*teams of two
*teammate one performs 3 push-up then 3 power clean, then teammate two does the same, then teammate two moves down the line (6 push-up and 3 power clean) and on and on
*complete, as a team, as many times through the rep scheme as possible in the 12 minutes
