A) 75-95-115-125-115-125 lbs , harder to go deeper into the squat as weight increases, but getting there. Slowly getting to 135 lbs. :-)

B) Around 14 mins with rest.
400 run - ok
kipping ctb first round, switch to butterfly pullups on the next two - good pace
Ring dips - slow, chest sore from weighted dips i did yesterday, but got through it

good stuff!
