100 russian swing, 24kg/16kg
400m run
100 overhead squat, 95lb/65lb
400m run
100 pull-up
400m run
100 Burpees
*Teams of two, with only one partner working at a time
*Teammates will perform the 400m run together and must stay within arms reach.
