There are only two things I know right now.

2.) If in New Zealand you can complete the first open workout and go wine tasting all in the same day.

Hey guys I know this is long overdue but if any of you out there are considering buying a home do yourself a favor and talk to Craig Messman. The jacked guy with huge arms. He took care of my recent condo purchase and made the entire process super easy and alleviated a lot of stress that naturally comes along when buying a home. To make matters worse my purchase was of a short sale so the stress was even higher. Craig is in the know and has been around the block when it comes to mortgages and refis. I can't say enough about his service. I was fortunate enough to have found such a great resource in our community.

This question is for the guys...or for the ladies with an astonishingly insightful understanding of male physiology:

During today's WOD, right around the 25th time that I hit my twigs & berries with a 70lb ball of metal I thought to myself, "Gosh, I wonder if my Russian KB form is a little off?"

Is part of taking the express train to CrossFit Glory / Jacked City that you will inevitably turn your man-parts into Smuckers Red Raspberry Preserves? Or am I doing it wrong?

Also, I would have asked Craig this question post-workout but my voice had octaved so high I think only dogs could understand me at that point.

FYI

Watch out for the SDHP with the KB those can smash yo balls also.
