I did 13.3 today .. 156 reps after having quite a few no reps (and horrible wall ball form). Question on wall ball technique .. As ball comes back down from the wall and I decide to let it drop to the ground (form went and i was tired), I first let it stop moving (cant catch it off the bounce per 13.3 standard). Can I pick up the ball off the ground while in a full squat and explode up and toss ball up, OR do I first need to pick up ball off the ground (assume i was in full squat for this), stand up straight with it, then go into a full squat and explode up and toss ball. I ask as I got different answers at the box today, and the 13.3 standard doesn't seem to address starting position for wallball. Maybe if I'd put as much effort into training for wallball as I did this note then it'd be irrelevant .. Thanks!

braveheart, great effort today!

it is assume that anytime the wallball is dropped, you will start the same way as your very first rep. pick the ball then go into a squat(not picking it up while in a squat), then toss.

you have to do a full squat (down/up) with the wallball.

sorry that the games standards weren't clear.
